Pregnant with the flu

Hi everyone, I’m really worried. I’ve got the flu and I feel absolutely awful! I haven’t felt like this for years! I’m 12 weeks pregnant and I’m so worried about it affecting baby? I have no idea if it’s possible but has anyone else experienced the same? What do I need to do?! I feel lost! Xx
