OPK- when in the day to use them?

I am so worried that AF will come so I'm trying to get myself prepared for next cycle. This one I didn't use any OPKs nor did I bbt. 
​If AF shows it's time to buckle down lol, so ladies, any tips?!

wake first thing in the morning and take your BBT before moving lol I literally reach for the thermometer and take it right away! For OPK's, you're not supposed to use first morning urine. I usually don't drink much in the mornjng and test between 10am-2pm so my urine is pure! This worked for me in July and I became pregnant ! It ended as a chemical pregnancy and we are trying again but moral of the story is that it worked! I use BBT and OPK's and it does the trick :)

I used wondfos that said don't use first morning urine, and I found consistency by taking them at 11:30. However, when I switched to clearblue advanced it suggested first morning urine. At first I continued at 11:30, but the past two months I've done first morning urine. First morning definitely worked better. I think it just depends on your body and the test.

for urine test I found between 4-6pm is best as I get a stronger reading and wouldn't have drunk too much liquid in the few hours beforehand

I use clearblue digital twice a day, 6 am and 6 pm.
