Dreams

So I dreamt I was pregnant took a test two weeks later it was positive yay me. But for the past two nights I have been dreaming the same dream over and over again that I am having two girls and a boy!! I had dreams like this before and they where always right! Do multiples have different side effects than single births? Like are things worse like nausea and fatigue
