Can’t lose wait :(

So I’ve been tracking my weight for a while now, and no matter what I do, I can’t seem to lose weight. The only time I dropped below my average is when I wasn’t eating for 3 days. I’m only 15 so I don’t get why it’s this hard. I’ve cut out all sugary drink and have just been drinking water. I’ve made sure to portion my food and tbh, I haven’t even had a big appetite. I try to work out but. It’s hard to commit.
