Were any of your IUIs painful? And was it successful?

I just did IUI 2. It was much more painful than #1. I could barely stay on the table. My nurse said that's good, could mean I'm ovulating. Anyone have experience with this? What were your results? I'm still thinking about its days later!!!

Neither of mine have been painful, but I have had a lot more little twinges of cramps with this one. I am just waiting it out and resting. Hoping it is all good stuff going on in there.

I’ve only had one iui and it was successful but wasn’t painful at all.

My first was uncomfortable but not too painful. second one I didn't even feel at all, I got pregnant with that one but it ended in a chemical. My 3rd was painful and unsuccessful. My 4th was canceled because I ovulated early on my own. So I'm currently still waiting for my next cycle to see if I can do a 4th IUI.

My first was very painful, I laid there and cried for 20 mins after it was over (probably also hormones lol). The second was also very painful but I guess I knew what was coming. The third was not painful until the last second (I have a sharp curve on the outside of my cervix and she said the catheter scraped a little getting past the curve) and then I cramped really badly. They gave me Tylenol while I was there and I laid down most of the day because I felt so bloated and in pain. The third one was the successful one. Good luck to you!

I had 5 iuis none of them were at all painful including my successful one.

Only had 1- very painful... Like, terrible! I'm definitely more sensitive though during ovulation, like your nurse mentioned. And it's been worse on the clomid. Don't know if it worked yet, will find out in a couple weeks 😀 good luck to you!
