First check your local laws to find out WHO can officiate. I think it's in Pennsylvania that you're allowed to marry yourselves and don't need an "overseer" of the ceremony. And then depending on your laws, you could have a friend, the pastor of your church (if one of you go), a judge, your town's notary, etc. And depending on the kind of ceremony you want (religious or not, and from what religion) will also help you narrow the field down.
