Shopping for baby already?

Question

My sister had a baby last year. When I shopped for her, I also shopped for myself since it was so expensive. I have clothes, bibs, blankets, bags, feeding supplies and bath stuff. 
Anyone else a first time mom and have baby stuff?

I only have gender neutral clothes and decor for the nursery, but it’s a struggle holding back! I don’t how people wait until their baby shower.

I don't have alot of shopping to do for this baby. I recieved so much bibs and recieving blankets and swaddlers I out half away brand new so next baby had brand new blankets.  I also saved 50-75% of his clothing. Have baby bath tub and towels, recieved so much baby shampoo I prob don't have to buy any from my firsts baby shower... Still have baby laundry detergent a big jug. My first jug lasted me a year.  (Washed my son's clothes once-twice a week with my clothes. 
I bought a crib a few weeks ago matching my son's and some girl nb clothing
I need another crib mattress, crib sheets, and a double stroller and I'm done.
