Why do our bodies like to confuse us? Any advice experience welcome

So I had my implant out on the 3rd of this month. Been actively TTC since.

I had sore boobs back pain cramping in lower region etc

Then on Tuesday I stared to bleed. However this wasn't my normal bleed it was never heavy only when I wiped . It lasted until Friday. I'm still getting back pain and sharp pains where my ovaries and uterus is etc . Was it an implantation bleed or period? In all my womanly years I have never had a period like it so i really don't know what to think.

The positive is if that was a period and that's how they are going to be then that's brill! I have been testing and all BFNs but then again with my daughter it took a long time to show up on a test . Anyone with similar experiences ? My boobs stopped hurting when what ever it was arrived . And just to add my boobs never hurt when I'm on or due.

Arrgghh it's so frustrating
