We found out yesterday that we’re having a baby girl! First thing my parents said when we told them was “oh, we were hoping for a boy”.

My husband has two girls from a previous marriage, so we all kind of wanted a boy, but I was still thrilled to hear about our beautiful baby girl. This is my parents first grandchild, so I was especially taken aback and admittedly, furious. I’ve been too angry (and crying too much) to say anything to them all day. Anyone else have horrible experiences like this?
