Cat napped schedule?

Anyone else’s LO a cat napped? My 5 month old goes down pretty easy but rarely sleeps longer than 45 minutes. I can’t figure out to get him on any kind of schedule or even a predictable routine. Wake-eat-play-sleep does not work if they only nap for 45 minutes, help!

We put our daughter on a schedule at 4 months due to her cat napping 30ish minutes at a time. She woke at 6:30am so I set 3 hour awake times as opposed to the 2ish hours she had before. So her morning nap was from 9:30-11:30am and her afternoon nap was from 2:30-4pm. Then we set a 6:30pm bedtime and she slept through until morning. You need a real routine.

You just have to ride it out and fit feedings where you can. Longer naps come when they come unfortunately.
