Natural cycles
I am not a fan of hormonal birth control methods. I recently say a video by Ellen fisher about natural cycles, using nasal temperature and using the app will tell you to either you are fertile or not and it’s 93% effective. Any opinions on this method, please don’t recommend other forms of birth control as I won’t try them
