Lighter Flow Bc of Birth Control ?¿

My flow is scarily lighter now..been on the pill for 5 months almost 6. 
Can anyone relate ?

My flow before bc was always real light. It was basically spotting for 3 days, 4 at the latest with severe cramps. When i started birth control, my flow got heavier than it was before and lasted at LEAST 7 days with mild cramps but severe migraines and nausea. 
I just stopped taking birth control 2 momths ago. My first period off was back to normal, but the cramps werent as bad as they used to be. My next period is due next weekend but im hopeful itll be the same.
