Someone please give advice

So I had a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks and I am now 14 weeks because I already had a D/C from a previous miscarriage so I chose to let it happen naturally and the bleeding and finally came 2-3 days ago... I’ve had somewhat heavy bleeding and now today I am having Contractions every 2 minutes that last 10-15 seconds and I went to the bathroom and my underwear was filled with clear liquid within 10 minutes and my tampon was filled with blood and clear fluid. What do I do?
