Advice please!!!

So this month has been super weird. This month I took a break from my Femara. So I only took my Metformin 1500mg. So this month my AF was 8 days where it normally is only 3-4 days. And the day after ovulation my boobs got super sore which I have never had until like right before AF. And still they hurt and I think I’m 10 DPO but it’s moved from the tissue around my boobs to my nipples now. Then for the last week I have gotten frequent urination. And now today smells just turn my belly. I can smell the littlest things. I have taken a test on CD 8 but it was negative but I came back and looked at it and it had a faint positive line that didn’t look like a vape line. So what y’all think?
