When I got pregnant with my first I was working at Old Navy as a Marketing Specialist. At like 15 weeks I started bleeding so I was told to take it easy. I quit because I didn’t have to work and I didn’t want to be on my feet and lifting all day. So I got a desk job as a receptionist/medical records. I worked until I was like 38 weeks. I’ve been a sahm ever since, over 7 years! lol love it!!!

I had a lot of sick days because of hyper emesis in the beginning but I didn’t take an official leave if absence and I love my job and I get paid good money so I would never have wanted to leave it 😊

I would have had to if my timing was any different. Luckily I’m a teacher and most of the second trimester when I was totally out of commission it was summer.

I’m sure if I had to for medical reasons I would but otherwise no.  I worked so hard to get where I am and it is truly a goal of mine to be in my career. If I had to take a break I would do so for the sake of my baby but I would definitely not quit and would come right back as soon as able. I will be working til the day I go into labor. 
I am a nurse and some of my patients have things so much worse then I.  It really puts things in perspective for me and I can’t give myself a break because I see them going through so much worse (cancer patients) without complaining so I just push through my issues. 
Drives my hubby nuts and it may not always be the best thing for me but I am a workaholic ❤️

I had to go on a Sick/medical leave at 30 weeks.

So I voted no because technically I had no choice but to go on leave due to severe preeclampsia. I had my daughter at 31 weeks. But..... When I was suppose to go back the basically told me either I take the postion they gave me or I could find a new job. I ended up staying home with my kids because I have that advantage and told them to get effed. I wasn't about to work afternoons having a new born and 9 year old and my SO who works from 7-4 I'd literally never see my family

My doctor put me on medical leave and bed rest starting at 20 weeks.

Vomited viscously for my entire pregnancy, passed out at work and still kept working till baby came

I had to stop working at 14 weeks. I started passing out 3-6 times a day. Very bad. Just hitting the floor at full force. Won’t be cleared to go back until after I deliver

I said yes because when I was pregnant with my second my siactic nerve pain hit me really hard I could not move for almost a month I had to quit my job and go to physical therapy 3 times a week it was horrible
