Has anyone’s parter had a vasectomy?

So my husband and I have a total of 5 kids. I just gave birth 2 weeks ago. I was gonna get my tubes tied/cut. But my dr. Told me it would be quicker and less serious if my husband had a vasectomy so after 2weeks of talking about it my husband told me today he will do it. So I was wondering if anyone’s parter had any issues with the process.

Mine did
About 6 weeks before I gave birth. The only issues he had were some pain in his nuts because he refused to slow down and let himself heal. So it was self inflicted lol

My husband had one the end of November,  he did get an infection and had to take extra meds. We have only had sex a few times since,  but there are no issues at all!! He us still a few weeks away to send in a sperm analysis before we are in the "clear"

Well...my doc said the same thing so my husband did it. He had complications at first. He had ongoing cramping in one of his nuts, mainly when he’d get off. For almost 8 months or so. He still gets some random tenderness but no pain
