My breasts ache and my nipples sting :/

Period was due 01/14, took an FRER test that day and it was negative. Last day of period should have been 01/18, took an FRER and it was negative. For the first time in my life I’ve had painful nipples and sore breast tissue, I’m nauseous in the morning (no vomiting), I’m overly emotional (I teared up seeing Dear Evan Hansen the book was at my local Safeway) and I’m now a week late.

I know it’s probably just a late period but holy crap my boobs hurt. I legitimately bought a soothing cream to put on my nipples because they hurt so bad. I’m just at a loss. I just wish my period would come so I can move on or I’d get a positive so I can celebrate. It sucks. I’m going to wait another week and if it doesn’t come I’ll take a test.
