Early pregnancy maybe?

I am wondering if anyone else has gone through this

Today seems different then others the app says 2 weeks 3 days but I’m having mild cramps, and sex was just awkward and not fun tonight, the last two weeks I’ve been extra tired, having bad headaches and man oh man the nausea.... I’m pretty sure on Thursday we’re going to have a positive.

However today/tonight has me feeling just shitty

Here’s some things

This morning I almost threw up my way through church

since that point I’ve been extra bloated and a bit gassy (sorry for tmi)

I have this like feeling in my lower left side, like a bubble , doesn’t hurt it’s just there it started being there like 1.5 weeks ago

I have an appointment next Friday which if everything is correct puts me at 3 weeks 1 days.

Any recommendations?
