Braxton Hicks? Advice?

Cheyenne

Today I began feeling nauseous and then an hour or two later Braxton Hicks started. I had coupled contractions with my previous baby (born December 2017) And these were showing to be the same. I literally only get a few seconds in between them from the start, there’s no going from 6 to 4 to 2 minutes apart. They were slightly annoying at first and then got really uncomfortable and had me on all fours trying to find a position to relieve the pain. I tried to force myself to drink water since I thought maybe it was dehydration but even the thought of drinking water was an aversion. I ended up throwing up what little I did eat today And felt like I had diarrhea but when I tried, nothing. I didn’t want to call L&D because I felt like they’ll only accept you if your for sure for sure in labor and I’m still pretty early. I also can’t call my doctor because it’s Sunday. But now, a few hours later, the BH contractions are gone but my body is exhausted my back, hips and upper abdomen are exhausted. And now I can’t find a position to lay down in without feeling pain.

Has anyone had anything like this before? Any advice?
