TWW and Dog acting out

Hi, so I'm only day 5 into my TWW and so far no real symptoms other than my nipples feeling a little sensitive. But today we came home from church and our Shih Tzu Sophie had tore out the bathroom trash! She hasn't don't that in well over a year now. I don't know if it's just something random or if maybe she can sense changing hormones that I can't? She is a very spoiled little 4yr old so I don't think she'll be too thrilled when we add our bundle of joy..but I was wondering if anyone else has ever had their dog act out before you even knew you were pregnant? Maybe I'm too hopeful and she was just mad we left her to go to church! Lol
