Before I found out I was pregnant in May 2018 I was already struggling with my weight. I already gained 20 pounds and then I found out I was pregnant in the process of trying to loose the weight. Depression plays a big part with my weight. Anyways when I was pregnant I didn’t gain too much weight because of morning sickness. I lost my son at 20 weeks. During that pregnancy I only gained 3lbs. After loosing my son I have put on 20lbs (20lbs in 4 month) due to depression again. I didn’t realize how much weight I gained till I went to see a doctor. Now I want to make better choices for my health and to ttc. I’m starting off slow. Cardio 2x a week, more water no sugary drink, less bread (I love pastries), no chips etc more nuts, raisins and greens. I’m hoping it’ll help with my grief to focus on self care for myself.
