Confused.. am I pregnant or is something else going on

We have been trying to get pregnant for about 5 months. I have been having regular periods for about 5 months, since quitting the pill. My cycles have been averaging 28-30 days. I took an ovulation test on the 28th of December and got a peak result. My husband and I had sex the day before, of, and after. Just a couple days later on December 31 I started 'spotting', it wasn't as heavy as my regular periods but enough that I decided to use a tampon while at work. That lasted approximately 2 days, maybe a little less. My periods are typically 3 to 4 days long, I've never had shorter. My regular period was due on January 11th. It is now January 21 and my period has not started. I took a pregnancy test on January 15th and again on the 18th but dont think I saw anything.

For comparison I changed the spotting to a period to see when my next ovulation would have been. My apps indicated the 18/19th so I also took an ovulation test and it was negative.
