Is this a normal ultrasound ?

For being 5 weeks ? I've seen a few with a tiny speck which is supposably a baby but when I got my ultrasound my obgyn told me " there's a baby house " 
my husband : so for sure we know theirs a baby in there 
obgyn: not exactly, that's the baby's house but the baby hasn't moved in yet

Idk if I should be worried, when will the baby move in ? with my first I had an ultrasound at 8 weeks and there was a baby not so little but there was a baby i'm so confused and sad

Dont be sad!!!! Same with meee!  Cant see anything didnt even find the sac but my blood levels confirmed i am indeed pregnant, i was also very scared but thats not good for the pregnancy, i get my first prenatal apt in 3 weeks. They couldn't even tell me how far i am

It's completely normal baby will move in very soon. I had one at 5 weeks 5 days and just the sac and yolk sac. Had another one at 6 weeks 4 days and there was a baby!
