Ok all what would you do?

I just found out yesterday on the hospital tour that the hospital my midwives work at doesn’t have a NICU.

I’m attempting a vbac and it makes me slightly nervous. The nurse said they have a plan in case of emergency and a transfer plan but still...

I’m 37 + 5 today so it’s a little late to change providers and I like my midwives.

Has anyone had a successful vbac or needed a nicu and had to transfer to another hospital? Stories? Thanks.
