I’m interested in getting a menstrual cup. I took the quiz at putacupinit, and it recommended the Lena cup (although, admittedly, I don’t know if my cervix is high, low, etc). I’m in my 30s and have had 2 kids. After researching the Lena cup, it looks like their sizing is based on your flow, but I know the Diva cup bases it on age, have you had children, etc. I’m concerned about whether or not the small Lena cup would fit and also just looking to hear others’ experiences and which of the two cups you’d recommend.
