I got it in easily the first time. So I figured lets try and see if I can remove it while it’s still empty. And I did. Pretty easily. But then I had a hard time putting it back in. I think I got it right. And I don’t feel anything while I’m sitting. I’m so excited because I’ve had this cup brand new and in its package unopened for over a year because I’ve been scared to try it.

Any tips or advice on this?? Like should I really wait 12 hours before cleaning it out? My periods almost over so I’m just super light. I’m not too sure how this goes. Btw...I sort of feel it when I stand. The stick to pull it out is slightly uncomfortable. Is that okay??
