I’m using one for the first time this period, I got the diva cup as it was the only option at my local market. Anyway, I just emptied it, but I could not get it out of me for the longest time. I had to get in the shower and lay down on my back as if I was giving birth to get it out, and even then I struggled and it took quite a bit of effort.

It got me thinking maybe the cup isn’t for me, but I want to give it a solid shot before I rule it out. Do you ladies have any tips or tricks for getting it out?
