Ovulating later in cycle

Hi all! TTC#1 and I am new to ovulation kits. I am using the clear blue digital kits. I am on day 13 of my cycle and still have a low LH symbol coming up. Does anyone else ovulate later in their cycles. I have regular cycles ranging from 28-30 days. Thanks!
