Hi I had my last period on July 1st had not had one gain until i finally got a period last Friday . My periods are usually very heavy I suffer from menorrhagia but this one started out for three days just having a little brown blood in my underwear not enough to need a tampon or a pad and then for didn't bleed at all Monday or Tuesday then weds-fri it got a light red and was very very light just spotting and then ended but Saturday and Sunday when I wipe I have a watery pink blood . What could be happening ? I've been having hot sweats and nausea as well .
