Exercise help!
Ladies with experience in working out (while pregnant) what are some good beginner pregnancy safe workouts I could start doing? I’ve been overweight all my life and know that if I continue the way I am I’ll be very unhappy with where I’m at by the end of this pregnancy. I’m also worried about overdoing it whereas other than I’ve just started walking I’m practically sedentary. I’m not ginormous (5’9 and 231) but I’d definitely like to up my activity level before labour
