Plan B used

So i used planned B but I still found out I was pregnant. Not just one but with Twins. Bf doesn’t want them “yet” ... I’m feeling mighty indifferent... especially given that’s there is two. I’m not a spring chicken anymore but the timing is not right whatsoever.... ugh 😑
