So I’m on my third round of Femara and apparently if I don’t get pregnant this round I’m gonna have to go to a specialist...which is making me sad and nervous

So question one: because I needed the femara hormones to make my follicles grow does that mean I may not have high hormones to show a big surge

And 2 when does it look like I ovulate or maybe it still hasn’t happened cause last cycle my doctor said since she saw a dominate follicle and I got my period on my own that I did ovulate...

It just all confuses me. Especially since these numbers this app has are roller coastering up and down
