Strength training / cardio
So started my first day at the gym today with strength training and cardio along with a low carb diet ... is there any supplements you ladies take along with your workout regimen to help get energy and boost your metabolism? I'm 4"11 and 197 pounds so I'm desperately trying to lose weight and gain some muscle tone. Anything helps ladies! Any tips yall have are welcome.
