Anyone ever have hydronephrosis?

I had some SEVERE pain in my back so I went to the doctor and ER. They checked for UTI and kidney stones. They told me I have hydronephrosis (fluid around my kidneys that can’t drain properly). 
Anyone ever have this? How did you get comfort??

Answer

I had this in my right kidney so they told me to lay on my left side as much as possible. They wouldn’t actually do anything about it except give me something for pain, just said it’s part of pregnancy that the baby puts pressure on your kidneys. Fun.
