FTM 37 weeks today. Woke up several times last night with period like pain in my lower back, then around 3:30pm today I started having non-painful contractions every 20 minutes. They have continued every 20 minutes since then and gotten some moderate pain, it's about 8:30pm now. I have been drinking water, walking, resting, everything to see if they change and they haven't except now I think they're a little closer together. I have no complications so far and am wanting to have an unmedicated delivery. I have had an increase in clear, watery discharge over the past two days but haven't lost my plug or felt my water break. Do yall think it could be the real thing or just bh? I have my weekly appointment tomorrow at 3.
