Whole body having minor pain...

What are the active ingredients?  I wouldn’t until you talk to a doctor or pharmacist.  I would stick with Tylenol by itself for now.

If it’s just paracetamol then yes but if you read the back/leaflet it should say if you can or not.
It’s not likely to harm baby but I wouldn’t risk it x
