Is this doable?

So here is my dilemma. I am writing my NCLEX-RN nursing license exam and my hope is to get it before my baby arrives. The issue is that my small town does not offer the exam and I have to travel 4 hours one way in order to write the exam. My husband and I planned on driving up the night before and taking a hotel in order to make it a little less stressful. I’m just wondering if any ladies have done road trips while 8 months pregnant. How did it go? Do you think this is doable? I do plan to speak to my OB about this.
