Do you think I could have had a chemical pregnancy because I had my birth control (nexaplanon, the arm one) taken out December 6th and before that bc I was on the pill.. I had a VVFL test and had all symptoms to be met by what seemed to be AF?? Should I just try again next month?? I'm taking prenatal and conception support supplements.. has this happened to anyone?

It may not have been a real line on the test. Most likely was an evap line or may have just been line eyes. 
Period and pregnancy symptoms can be nearly identical, so most likely I would guess it was just a period.
