It depends on your cervical mucus quality..if your hormones are off and have bad cervical mucus then yes the sperm will die a whole lot sooner

Having PCOS has nothing to do with how long sperm live inside you. 
It may only cause issues if you do not ovulate regularly, like me, but it has zero effect on the vaginal fluids you produce that can make the environment more or less suitable for sperm.
