Drinking coffee while pregnant?

Feeling a little guilty but I have to have one cup of coffee a day chasing after my toddler. I avoided coffee with my first 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m so tired!

You could drink coffee don't pay attention to the people that say you can't you can there's just a limited amount I drink one cup of day with my daughter and she's 9 months in perfectly fine to each their own

My doctor said two cups of coffee were fine a day nothing to worry about. I struggle with the concept of 2 as before I fell pregnant I was drinking 7/8 cups a day

I don’t drink coffee cause it hurts my stomach but I get headaches everyday so I do drink caffeinated soda if it gets really bad and my doctor says that’s fine.

I drink a medium dunkins iced coffee every single day.  And sometimes i have a coke at dinner if im craving it (never been a soda person but being pregnant i just want it occasionally). Dr says its perfectly fine and just dont go drinking like 5 cups of coffee

200 mg of caffeine is fine.  8oz of coffee has 85-90mg... so you can have two and you won’t harm baby.
