This is my first cycle ovulating since birth control, I peaked yesterday and today I am in so much pain! Like sharp pain in my ovaries, it hurts to walk, stand and to do anything sexual. Where I just to crawl in bed, we did the do yesterday and the day before but I feel like if I don't BD more then I definitely won't get pregnant... Is this something I should worry about? I know people do get ovulation cramps but I didn't know they could get this bad!
