This community is shared over many apps. 
Eve, glow, glow nurture, glow baby... men use this app partnered with their wives or girlfriends to track their babies progress or their SO pregnancy progress and symptoms etc. Its not uncommon
No where in the rules does it state only women are allowed. It even asks on the regular if you want to invite your partner etc. 
Thats why women shouldnt post vagina pics or underwear pics etc.

Its glow couples. Theres groups for men on here to. Its not all women and periods and pregnancy. My hubby is on here because we use glow couples where his account is linked to my account and glow has articles he can read to help me through pregnancy and understand what im going through. They also have glow ttc couples and much more.

First of all, shouldn’t this be in the poll group?
2nd, he might be using Glow Baby or even Glow Nurture if he’s a dad(-to be), which has the same community since it’s a sister app. I wouldn’t think too much about it.
