Trying To Conceive

Hi everyone I was wondering if anyone has any tips on becoming pregnant. I know it sounds weird but I'm kinda curious. I have a 4 y/o daughter who will be 5 in December and an 8 y/o step daughter. I recently had a miscarriage back May and we were really excited about being pregnant. Now it just seems like it's never going to happen again. Please help!!
