Can gas make your belly move?

So I know I can’t be pregnant because I am on birth control and use condoms but I’ve been gassy (sorry tmi) and my belly moved around. Is this gas?

Answer

Gas can make your stomach move. If it's doing that then you need to go let some gas out (fart).
