Armpit smell

So I always have trouble finding good deodorant and am embarrassed I smell like sweat. For some reason both times I have been pregnant I never had any smell. Now two weeks postpartum and I smell like sweat again! 😭😭😭 Does this happen to anyone? What did you do? Is this something I should ask my OB?
