Today while I was at work I kept having hot flashes over and over. I stepped outside a couple times just to cool off. While sitting at my desk I suddenly began to see a bunch of small flashing spots across my vision. It lasted maybe 30 seconds and then they went away. I'm 32 weeks pregnant with a history of gestational hypertension with my last pregnancy. When I got home and checked my blood pressure it was normal 120/75. 🤷 I had this two other times with my previous pregnancy when taking a shower. Could I just be getting too warm? I also have pitting edema in my lower legs.
