First time ever TTC!! What to expect?

This is my first time ever ttc. Me and my boyfriend BD every day during my fertile window. I am currently 3dpo. I am very excited to start this process and am trying not to get my hopes up too much but it’s so hard not to when thinking about the possibility of having a baby!! If anyone has any advice or tips on what to expect please comment them!!

Do not symptom spot. It will drive you crazy. Try your hardest not to test until your missed period. Do not lose hope or get down on yourself if you are not pregnant on your first cycle.... or 2nd, 3rd or 4th for that matter. Try to enjoy the process and not turn sex into just a baby making chore. I’ve only been trying for 9 months and a lot of other women have been trying for way longer but it still feels like forever. I do not mean for this to dampen your spirits. I so very much hope you do get it in your first try. But if not, try again and enjoy the time with your partner while it’s still just you two.

Came here to pretty much say the things Racquel did!  It’s easy to overthink, so find a hobby to keep you busy during the dreaded TWW (two week wait) and enjoy the process 😊

My first cycle too and trying SO hard not to test at 8dpo 😩 I’ve spent so much time thinking about being pregnant I’m basically sure that it’s gonna be a BFN this cycle just to spite me. So I have no advice for you but I most definitely can relate! Good luck!!
