It's best to do it a couple days before you ovulate. Sperm can lose for a few days in your uterus and you only have about a 24hr period where you can actually get pregnant. So it's like having sperm ready to go! Lol

Ovulation happens 24-48 hours after your peak. It has nothing to do with lh fading though so I don’t know why they said that
