Anyone else experience horrible intrusive thoughts while pregnant???? How did you make it stop??
If you don’t know what intrusive thoughts are it’s when you cannot stop thinking it no matter how bad you want to it keeps coming up in your mind, and it’s a psychological thing it’s not bc im an bad person, I’m currently 11w5d pregnant and have been terrifying thoughts this whole time about autism and I can’t make it stop i cry every single day I’m so scared that my child could have it, if anyone has tips or anything that helped w their intrusive thoughts PLEASE let me know😭
