My sweet love
After finding out of having Vasa Previa it broke my heart!
Doctors told me to be extra careful because if I would bleed the baby would have no chance on surviving.
My doctor also said by 32 weeks they usually admitted women to be hospitalized to monitor mom and baby until labor.
Well I was hospitalized at 30weeks ( Nov 29, 2018) and I spend at the hospital for 5 weeks!
I dont know how I did it, but i did.
It made me sad being away from my husband and my 3 kids.
Thankfully they would visit me, but it wasnt the same.
There were times I would cry seeing them leave while I remain hospitalized.
5 weeks felt forever! I felt like the month couldnt go any faster!!!
It was our first Christmas and New Year spend at the hospital.
What scared me the most is when the doctors schedule my csection date because I never had that before.
Well on January 4th, 2019 at 9:46 a.m. my beautiful baby Carlos was born! Weighing 6lb 7oz.
He was born at 35weeks and was at the NICU for one day.
I'm so proud of my little nugget.
He brings tears of joy and makes me think on how I went through being hospitalized just to have this beautiful miracle of mine.
I thank God for watching over my pregnancy and protecting my baby.
No words can describe how happy I am to have my Carlos in my arms, but to say Thank You God for this precious gift!!
